Delivery
At the moment we are only shipping to UK and Ireland. Shipping costs will be added to your order at the time of purchase.
UK standard shipping
£2.95 (3-5 working days). All orders will be wrapped and shipped within 1-3 working days after order is received.
Free Local Collection
We are more than happy for you to collect if you live locally. We are based near Shoreham by Sea.
Please note that standard shipping services do not require a signature upon delivery therefore 'The Sustainable Camping Company' cannot be held responsible for any items not arriving once shipped.
If you would like your delivery to be signed for, please contact us at hello@thesustainablecampingcompany.com and we will email you alternative shipping costs.
Returns
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send item(s) back in original packaging.
To refund an item please e-mail hello@thesustainablecampingcompany.com for the returns address and state whether you require a refund or exchange.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by us. We will not charge postage for replacement items.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, and please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
